Purchasing clothes over oversized people used to be a big problem back in the old days, but today there are specialty shops that provide sizes for larger builds. Perhaps the increasing weight and size of the average American prohibits some of these stores from making a sale. It's disgusting, to say the least, why a lot of people these days would go with an oversized body, but that is the case and clothing sellers will have to deal with it.

Unfortunately for people who have smaller body types, there are hardly any stores out there that specialize in undersized clothing. Though I am happy that I am in the middle-sized bunch, I've heard my undersized friends complain about this fact. They eat a lot. It's just that their genes didn't allow them to grow horizontally, and now they are being neglected.

What are you going to do about this now? You can go in two directions. For the first option, you can simply go to the kids' section of the department store and hope that something there will fit you. A problem here will be the length of the clothes, because they are bound to be shorter, so you might want to check the pre-teens' section instead. The clothes sold here usually fit well with undersized people, not to mention that they are loads cheaper than their adult clothing counterparts.

Alternatively, you can just get your measurements and ask each and everyone of the stores in a directory if they have stocks for your sizes. You can then ask them to reserve some of the clothing pieces for you if you are going to purchase clothes en masse. If not, then maybe you can just drop by and check out what they have.

Seriously, I really don't know why there's still a shortage of clothes for these body types. Maybe it's because it's easier to wear something that is loose than something that is tight. Nonetheless, it sounds like a very good business idea to me.
