Making short vacations in different places around the globe can be an exciting activity. Packing clothes for those trips, however, are not. A lot of people claim to have a lot of problems with packing clothes, and I can really see why this is the case. When your luggage only has limited space and you can think of a lot of clothes to bring, it becomes difficult to fit everything inside completely. We know that packing light is an ideal, but you don't want to pack too light either that you forget a lot of things. How are you going to pull it off?
You can actually make packing very easy if you will only come up with a packing list at least a few weeks before the day of the trip. Think of all the items that you will need during your short vacation and write them down. As you get closer and closer to the date, you can modify your list further so that only those that you really really need are included. A packing list is especially important if the place you are going to is somewhere new. You may not be too sure if everything that you will ever need can be bought there, or it may be that you might not have enough time in your hands to go to the grocery. This packing list should be slipped into your luggage during the big day so that you can easily track if something goes missing. As for the actual clothes you are going to bring, it all really boils down to the places you will go to and the purpose of your travel. If you are going on a business trip, it's already pointless to say that you have to have a number of office clothes well-ironed in your bag. If it's a country in the tropics, you can always dress down, while in colder countries, you should stock up on jackets and sweaters. Just always remember this as your packing principle: the more you pack, the more you carry! You can talk about...
