If you start your professional life, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you would have bid farewell to your personal style of dressing. In fact, it is suggested that one carries on their own style even when they start wearing professional clothes as it makes a person feel comfortable, hence giving the person a confident aura. The first thing that one needs to keep in mind is that the clothes or jewelry that one maybe wearing isn’t distracting enough. It is believed that the more distracting it is, the lesser is amount of professional associated with the person. The color of the cloth that you wear is extremely important. Ladies generally love wearing light clothes during the daytime, but they never love to stay away from traditional colors such red, black or blue. These colors are appropriate for skirts or trousers. When these colors are worn with light colored tops or shirts, they give a lady the complete look. Some ladies think that wearing tight cloth makes them look better, but it isn’t always true. In general, when wearing with a trouser, a slightly loose shirt looks good, but when wearing with a skirt the shirt should be well-fitted. Even though ladies love the color pink (it is hot too) wearing such colored cloths to workplace does not look good; so does printed cloths. Jewelry is an integral part of most women's attires, but in office large ones are quite distracting and they do not look very professional either. It is always better to opt for single bracelets and stud earrings, as they not only look good but look professional too. Whatever cloth you may wear has to be very well fitted. In general, trousers should never be too tight as they seem to show the undergarment lining. When it comes to skirts one of the biggest problems that women face is in deciding the length of it. The length of a skirt shall never be too short, but should be length should be such that there are no problems when sitting. You can even wear designer jackets to office, but ensure that they have a formal color (better if you opt against printed ones) and they can be buttoned.
